I’m really not in the mood to be celebrating my birthday right now, especially with what just happened between me and my ex. It hasn’t been a good couple of months and I can’t wait to forget about everything. I need to get rid of that bitter taste in my mouth. It’s time for a fresh start.
I just want to remember this post I made earlier this year, back was when I was so madly in love. This is just to remind everyone how important it is to trust the person you love, no matter what.

I’m sitting here at my desk making a log of all the things I did for the past couple of weeks. Thank God I put comments on my SVN commits, hence making it easier to backtrack.
Anyways, it’s been a frustrating week of nothing but web page authoring. It’s great that I’m doing a little backend work now. Really dislike working on ASP.NET especially with a very slow editor and huge pages. I would prefer working on intensive high performance background activities any day.
It’s been a loooong day. I did my laundry a couple of hours ago and that’s always fun. -.- I just finished my glass of milk and I’m ready to sleep.
Just have some recurring things in my mind like decisions to make, feelings I’m trying to get rid of, money, bills and blah blah blah… Thank God the weekend’s near and I’m hoping to get to watch HellBoy II which I heard, didn’t disappoint.
Wordpress is beginning to feel like Windows when it comes to updates and it’s annoying me a bit. I won’t upgrade it.
Anyways, I guess it’s time to sleep. Today’s a Friday so the atmosphere at work’s prolly a bit laid back so that’s nice. Ayyayay…
Apple yesterday at their Let’s Rock event released brand new 2nd generation iPod Touch and 4th generation iPod Nanos. I was waiting for this event for months, waking up at 5 in the morning just to take a look at them.
The Nanos are looking pretty coming in with an array of colors, available in 8 GB and 16GB. They moved away from the fat and short design back to tall and skinny. The wheel size is finally in proportion with the screen it looks like it has a pretty good interface.
For the Touch, it seems like a good improvement from the first release, adding in external speakers, physical volume buttons, brand new firmware and a contour back making it look and feel even thinner. Still has that smudge and scratch prone steel enclosure like that with iPhones. Can’t help but notice that ugly and seemingly misplaced patch of black plastic on its back for the Wifi antenna though. It’s available in 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB capacities.
Right now, I’m waiting for more reviews but I’m eyeing to buy a 16 GB iPod Touch, which costs US$ 299, or with the current exchange rate, PHP 1400.00. Hopefully, the import premium won’t be much and it’ll be available soon.
